As a trainer (m/f/d) in the state initiative "No graduation without connection" at CJD Wesel, you will help young students gain insight into working with color.

The goal is to support young people in developing professional perspectives. You will be part of an experienced, multi-professional team and work closely with internal networks in the Wesel district. The aim is always to ensure the success of the participants.

Your new area of responsibility:

Instruction of students in working with the material of color
Support in career orientation
Observation of participants on the day of implementation, as well as documentation
Conducting evaluation discussions with participants and parents
Evaluation of success and documentation of the measure
Lesson planning and organization
