We're looking for a skilled Photographer/Videographer to capture the essence of our properties and team interactions, contributing to our growing presence in the market.

We are seeking a flexible, highly responsive Photographer/Videographer to join our team.

This role requires a professional who can be available on short notice (within 24 hours) to capture high-quality visual content that reflects the vibrancy and professionalism of our real estate services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Film 14 reels weekly featuring our team lead, Brendan Da Silva, engaging with clients over the phone. Filming sessions are scheduled for Mondays, requiring 34 hours of dedicated shooting.
• Produce 13 regular reels weekly showcasing various real estate properties led by Brendan Da Silva.
• Create 3 engaging podcast reels, with filming sessions every Friday afternoon from 12 PM to 4 PM.
• Produce real estate photography. This specialized field focuses on capturing attractive and compelling images of properties to aid in marketing and selling the home effectively. Average 12 properties/month to photograph for our team to list.
• Document quarterly corporate events, ensuring thorough coverage for at least 2 hours per event.
• Edit and deliver all content by set deadlines, ensuring quality and consistency in line with our brand's standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a strong portfolio in both still photography and video production.
• Ability to work flexibly and respond to timesensitive project requirements. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines. Skilled in using modern photography and videography equipment. Proficiency in video editing software and techniques.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a dynamic team.
