Piper Companies is searching for an IT Support Analyst to work onsite in Trainer, PA for aleader in fuel energy .The IT Support Analyst will provide Tier 1 technical support to end users.

Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst include :

Assist with hardware/software issues, upgrades, and installations
Manage desktop and application support
Help configuring VoIP devices, and addressing Tier I internal tickets
Participate in departmental and inter-departmental project teams and committees regarding planning, purchasing, and implementing information technology devices and services Qualifications for the IT Support Analyst include :
Bachelor's degree in technology or related experience
2-3 years of Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
Working knowledge of application software to assess problems in the execution of applications
Working knowledge of computer systems, peripherals, and communication hardware
A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred
Willingness to learn and advance in their career Compensation for the IT Support Analyst include :

Salary Range:
$65,000 - $75,000(depending on experience)
