Description

Kenrich Industrial, a leading tool and overhead material supplier, is looking for an Accounting Assistant in the Waukesha, WI area.

This is an in-person position, full-time with full benefits package.


Accounting Assistant Requirements:

  • Accounts payable / receivable experience 1 years+
  • Knowledge and experience with invoicing
  • Collections experience
  • P21/Epicor experience is a PLUS

Job Duties:

  • Creating and sending customer invoices, tax certificates, and other paperwork and maintaining an orderly and neat filing system
  • Gathering supplier invoices, vouching, and preparing them for accounts payable
  • Working closely with inside sales, customer service, outside sales, and other departments to achieve company goals
  • Assisting with month end duties as needed
  • Cross training for coverage purposes in both the accounting department and other departments.

Pay:
$ $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
