    Join Our Team as a Senior Sourcing Analyst

    Are you prepared to elevate your expertise in strategic sourcing to the next level? We are in search of a vibrant individual to join our team as a Senior Sourcing Analyst. As a member of our Procurement department, you will have a significant role in creating and executing sourcing strategies for various indirect spend categories, especially in IT and Digital.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with Category business teams to develop and execute category strategies, analyze spend, and prepare RFPs.
    • Utilize your analytical skills to assess proposals and pinpoint cost-saving opportunities, ensuring optimal value for the organization.
    • Oversee sourcing projects from inception to completion, handling timelines, managing risks, and achieving successful results.
    • Cultivate strong relationships with external vendors, representing our company with professionalism and integrity.
    • Consistently explore avenues for process enhancements and cost reductions, contributing to the company's overall profitability.

    What We're Seeking:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
    • Three or more years of experience in strategic sourcing, demonstrating a track record of delivering outcomes.
    • Strong analytical abilities and expertise in e-Procurement technologies.
    • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to influence across various functions.
    • Demonstrated project management skills, excelling in delivering results in a fast-paced setting.
