- Provide assistance for Raw Materials and Toller categories by generating reports through various Microsoft software applications and Business Intelligence/ERP system tools. Work on inventory tracking, vendor management, process issues, IT, and related supply chain aspects. Maintain accurate records and develop reports like vendor lists and performance history.
- Create a standardized pricing analysis process and analyze the impact of supplier price changes. Update vendor pricing in ERP systems as directed, review invoices for pricing errors, and maintain pricing databases.
- Resolve pricing discrepancies on invoices by collaborating with Accounts Payable and suppliers to prevent future errors. Support eBusiness initiatives like paperless purchasing and consignment inventory rollouts.
- Record and track cost-saving initiatives, validate savings with the Finance team, and manage the Supplier Relationship Management System for improved HQ-supplier communication.
- Engage with suppliers to discuss eBusiness platform programs, address concerns, and communicate about pricing and initiatives. Analyze vendor performance, recommend improvements, and manage special projects if needed.
- Assist in resolving supply chain issues including order tracking and delivery dates.
- Support the management of category initiatives and develop various reports for vendor lists and performance history.
