    Senior Software Engineer

    Estimated Duration:
    FullTime


    Our client is looking for a Senior Engineer who is excited to lead development of great products, while keeping a healthy balance of velocity and engineering excellence.

    You will be joining as one of the very first people at the client site that will help shape everything that comes next.

    Some languages we use today Typescript, React, React-Native, Postgres, AWS CDK.

    Theres no need to be a prior expert in our stack its more important that youre good at picking up technologies quickly.

    Solving problems with pragmatic yet sophisticated solutions you know how to strive for simplicity without compromising the more complex use cases
    Shaping the culture and leading the team through recruiting, mentorship, and establishing best practices
    Comfortable with giving feedback to and gathering feedback from other designers across product and brand
    Work cross-functionally with the team to shape the product from strategy, definition to execution, validation, and future iterations
    Empathizing with the user and being an advocate for user experience

    What Excites Us

    Minimum five (5) years of industry experience
    Ownership mentality
    Experience working in a fast-paced, startup environment
    At least a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field
