Supply Chain Management Program Manager**
FLSA Status: Exempt


Reports To:
Manager of Supply Chain Program Management


This role ensures consistency in supply chain processes and policies across different sites and accounts, while also overseeing the implementation of new processes, policies, and systems on a global scale.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Establish inventory goals and breakdowns at site, business unit, and product number levels
  • Coordinate across sites, business units, and functions to develop plans for improving inventory turnover and levels. Conduct inventory management training for supply chain leads at each site.
  • Manage potential supply chain disruptions from events like holidays, natural disasters, and strikes to assess risks and minimize impact on the entire supply chain.
  • Introduce new supply chain models and collaborate with different sites and functions for their successful implementation.
  • Proactively engage with suppliers and sites to explore efficient hubbing models (e.g., Min/Max, Buy-Sell) aiming to reduce inventory liabilities at each site.
  • Reduce and dispose of excess and obsolete inventory
  • Evaluate existing supply chain processes and policies, standardize practices across all sites, and establish processes to monitor adherence to these standards.
  • Assess, validate, and optimize key supply chain parameters such as MOQ/MPQ and CT2R
  • Provide continuous training on various supply chain models and processes to supply chain leads at all sites
  • Drive transformation of the current supply chain infrastructure and lead digitalization initiatives
  • Investigate and resolve data incompliance issues in the supply chain, collaborating with SAP IT, B2B, and customer IT for solutions. Provide training to supply chain leads at each site.
  • Address EDI signal incompliance and errors in coordination with B2B IT, 3PL IT, and supplier IT. Offer ongoing training and subject matter expert support on hubbing signal issues and EDI problems at all sites.
  • Lead efforts in implementing new supply chain and B2B data changes and initiatives.
  • Handle supplier contract management and negotiations
  • Perform any other assigned duties

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Familiarity with SAP/Oracle systems is preferred
  • Strong statistical skills are a plus
  • Proficiency in a second language, Mandarin and/or Spanish, is advantageous

Education and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain required; Master's degree is preferred
  • Previous experience with ERP system deployment and B2B deployment is a plus
  • Minimum of 3 years of supply chain experience in a manufacturing environment is mandatory
  • Experience in contract manufacturing, especially JDM/ODM, is beneficial
