    Advancement Opportunities across a portfolio of over 230 hotels representing all major Brands Our Line Cooks are responsible for:

    Expedites all menu items accurately.
    Standardizes recipes.
    Sets up and breakdowns the cooking line.
    Assists in storing all deliveries daily requisitions.
    Cooks on the line, adhering to ticket times of 8 minutes or less.
    Maintains sanitation proper handling.
    Maintains good cleaning habits throughout the area of assignment, including tables, shelves, range, grills, and broiler.
    Maintains positive communication with fellow employees.
    Exhibits a can do attitude and total cooperation.
    Assists in any area needed when time allows.
    Performs any reasonable request of management.

    Qualifications:
    At least 2 years line cook experience preferred.
    Able to work both AM and PM shifts and Weekends
    Passion for creating memorable moments of hospitality for our guests.
    Hotel experience a plus.
    Strong communication skills to build trusting relationships with peers and guests
    Self-motivated, organized, reliable and hardworking.
