Overview:
Our office has been treating patients in the Caledonia/Middleville area for over 25 years. We are a single doctor office with a dedicated long term staff. We work with our patients to find the best solution for each individual in low stress, laid back working environment


Duties include:

• Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor at the front desk
• Schedule patient appointments efficiently using Eaglesoft dental software
• Manage patient checkins and checkouts, ensuring accurate demographic information
• Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing accurately
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
• Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate patient care effectively
