- Complete the new patient life cycle with each patient including presenting treatment plan options and tracking/following-up with patients.
- Create and track reports on conversion rates and recalls.
- Chairside specialty assistant in Orthodontics (four-handed assisting).
- Take Orthodontic specialty x-rays and images, including CBCT scans with iCAT, Pan/Cephs, hand/wrist films, and iTero intraoral scans.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Previous treatment coordination and Orthodontic Assistant experience required.
- Front office skills required.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, maturity, and dependability.
- Ability to self-direct and multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and stay on task while incurring multiple interruptions.
- Four handed Orthodontic assisting; sterilization, OSHA, HIPAA, FERPA, and infection control standards/regulations.
