And we continue to grow, which is why we are looking for you as our Quality Assurance Specialist (m/f/d) for our customer service at our location in Kiawah Island, SC.

Job Description:

In your role as a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will act as the interface between your team and the team leader/project manager.

You will be the first point of contact for your colleagues and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of your team's customer service.

Your tasks:

Leadership experience is advantageous, but not mandatory, career changers are welcome
After comprehensive training, you will support the team leader/project manager in quality management and take on training and coaching of employees as well as feedback discussions
This also includes the support and training of employees working from home. You will be trained by us for this specialized task.
You will work on the continuous analysis and optimization of work processes
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you ensure the quality and productivity of your team
You communicate with good German language skills, both written and spoken.

Your qualifications:

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable education
You have strong communication skills in the German language, can keep an overview in stressful situations, and are a determined team player
You have social competence and a positive attitude
Ideally, you have some experience in leading a team
You are familiar with keyboard and PC and are proficient in MS
