About the Role
Be a catalyst for positive change in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As a proactive Job Coach, you'll empower our clients through pre and post-employment skill development and foster inclusive opportunities. Your role involves delivering personalized services, assessing individual needs, and forging partnerships with local businesses. If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive in a supportive environment, this is your chance to impact lives and shape futures. LAUNCH is different than other agencies As a LAUNCH DSP, you will be scheduled for and will be paid for the number of hours you are hired for. We will help find additional clients for you to support if your client cancels. Other agencies don't provide that support to their staff All work in the community working on skill building, no personal care or dispensing of medicine required. Flexible hours to work around your schedule.
Employee discounts, appreciation events and referral bonus available. You will also be eligible for staff bonuses in July and December based on the number of hours you work.

Conditions of Employment
