Administration Community Babenhausen

The Administration Community Babenhausen (District of Unterallgäu, 6 member municipalities) is seeking a Treasurer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

The responsibilities include, among others:

Budget planning, monitoring and execution
Preparation of annual financial statements
Participation in the calculation of fees and charges by specialized firms
Preparation of tax annual statements
Implementation of § 2 b of the Value Added Tax Act
Grant procedures
Preparation of financial statistics and reports

What we expect:

Qualification of the 3rd qualification level (specialized career in administration and finance) or administrative specialist
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in municipal finance
Computer skills, especially in AKDB procedures OK.FIS
Commitment, sense of responsibility and economic thinking
Willingness to work flexible hours (meeting service)
