Description
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning activities such as dusting, mopping, brooming etc.
- Painting walls if necessary at some sites
- Carry out and remove trash from working sites
- Collaborate with workers and other professionals during clean outs
- Report to maintenance supervisor for any issues
Skills
- Proven experience in maintenance
- Ability to carry at least 40 lbs
- Very good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina and dexterity

From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- No weekends
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
