Employee (m/f/d) Accounting - Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management in MunichYour tasks:
- Administration and maintenance of the SAP invoice workflow (xFlow)
- Scanning of incoming invoices
- Allocation, booking and control of incoming invoices
- Preparatory activities for the accounts payable run
- Processing of accounts receivable payments and bank statements
- Regular dunning runs for each customer group
- Commissioning and control of meter locks with the network operator
- Monitoring of open items in cooperation with sales
- Participation in quarterly and annual closing activities
- Processing of (SAP) IT requirements and test management
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training
- Expertise in accounts receivable management
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
- Energyspecific knowhow is desirable
- Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge, as well as a high level of IT affinity
- Independent and structured way of working and a high degree of team orientation
