Employee (m/f/d) Accounting - Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Management in Munich

Your tasks:

Administration and maintenance of the SAP invoice workflow (xFlow)
Scanning of incoming invoices
Allocation, booking and control of incoming invoices
Preparatory activities for the accounts payable run
Processing of accounts receivable payments and bank statements
Regular dunning runs for each customer group
Commissioning and control of meter locks with the network operator
Monitoring of open items in cooperation with sales
Participation in quarterly and annual closing activities
Processing of (SAP) IT requirements and test management

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training
Expertise in accounts receivable management
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting
Energyspecific knowhow is desirable
Very good MS Office and SAP knowledge, as well as a high level of IT affinity
Independent and structured way of working and a high degree of team orientation
