For over 50 years, we have been developing drive components for the mechanical and plant engineering industry - and with great success, as we are constantly looking for new colleagues.

Currently, we are seeking a Human Resources Specialist (m/f/d) for our Airport Heights location.

You will make a big impact: Your main tasks will include personnel development and recruiting. You will work with us to develop the new KTR personnel development concept and be responsible for its implementation.

You will organize training measures such as workshops, further education courses, and coaching, and take care of the preparation and follow-up.

You will initiate and implement recruiting activities, whether traditional or with creative new ideas.

Together with our marketing team, you will be responsible for building and expanding social media activities in the HR department.

As part of the HR team, you will be the go-to person for many other personnel-related topics for the entire KTR team.

You bring a lot to the table: You have a commercial apprenticeship and a HR-specific additional qualification (e.g. personnel clerk, bachelor's degree with a focus on HR, or a comparable completed further education course).
