- Meet with business owners and executives with genuine curiosity to learn about their business and identify opportunities to help.
- Bring small business owners access to big company benefits for small company dollars.

- Build and maintain client relationships.

OUR COMMISSION WORKS DIFFERENTLY:
Our compensation model was built around attracting and training high producing sales associates and managers in the B2B Group Benefits space.
- mid-6 figure upside
- freedom and flexibility in calendar and market
- Turn key training, processes & marketing to manage high performance
- Ownership/management path
1st year commissions are paid by the Agency heavily
upfront, even before a single bill is mailed to the client.
The compensation model success is also driven by:
- 2 week sales cycles
- Dedicated Trainers closing Associates' deals while training handson in the field
- Dedicated Classroom Trainer teaching a professional Sales and Marketing class
- Ongoing weekly mentorship
- Developed leads provided
- Custom CRM
With this model, we can attract high performing producers who earn uncapped commissions without eliminating talented sales people who have an immediate need for income.
