YOUR TASKS
  • You advise our customers from registration to contract processing of connection requests, initially for the electricity sector or for generation plants (e.g. PV, mini-PV, CHP, etc.).
  • You collect, supplement, and compile project-specific application documents for connection, relocation, removal, co-location, or cooperation requests from third parties.
  • You coordinate the timely contributions in consultation with other involved departments.
  • You handle customer inquiries, device connection approvals, complaints, and appeals.
  • You are responsible for the electronic registration
