    Practice Coordinator (PC) will provide support to physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and clerical staff under the direction of the Practice Management (PM) team.

    Prepares and monitors departmental compliance programs. Implements and enforces quality and safety initiatives. Prepares and analyzes departmental data. Upholds Deaconess Clinic policies and procedures and evaluates employee performance.

    Education and ExperienceAssociates or Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university preferredAt least six months prior experience in a patient care, customer service or leadership role required.
