    Exciting Opportunity: Senior Construction Materials Testing Manager

    About the Role: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Construction Materials Testing Manager to join my clients team. This role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client service across various projects. The Senior Manager will lead a team, ensuring project deadlines are met, budgets are managed efficiently, and the highest standards of quality are maintained throughout.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading a dedicated team to provide outstanding client service on various projects.
    • Taking charge of schedules, budgets, and overall project management.
    • Crafting and reviewing technical reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Providing mentorship and guidance to junior staff members, aiding in their professional development.
    • Participating in the hiring process to bring on board new talent.
    • Ensuring that lab accreditation's are maintained and company values are upheld at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
    • A PE License is required, or the ability to obtain one within a year of joining.
    • Possession of at least 5 years of experience in construction materials testing.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Exceptional multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail.
    • Willingness to travel occasionally and meet project deadlines.
