- A Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
- A PE License is required, or the ability to obtain one within a year of joining.
- Possession of at least 5 years of experience in construction materials testing.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Willingness to travel occasionally and meet project deadlines.
