Your responsibilities:


  • Participation in the early phase of a project, i.e. creating or supporting the cost calculation
  • Determination of the associated construction target in the TGA area in coordination with project managers
  • Technical clarification of functions with the customer
  • Independent creation of performance specifications for the TGA area, taking into account economic and technical objectives
  • Development of special proposals and optimizations
  • Clarification of bidder questions, conducting negotiations with subcontractors
  • Leading and coordinating internal and external planning partners
  • Support of specialist buyers (m/f/d), such as reviewing and commenting on incoming performance specifications
  • Creation of specialist evaluations
  • Shaping new digital methods in the bidding processes

Your profile:


  • Completed degree in supply or building technology/building climate or training as a technician (m/f/d)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office as well as a biddingawardaccounting program (ideally RIBiTWO)
  • Good knowledge of the award and contract regulations for construction services (VOB) advantageous
  • A high level of technical and economic understanding and responsibility
  • Negotiation skills and assertiveness
  • Commitment, teamwork and a selfreliant, dedicated and careful way of working
