The Support Center Associate (SCA) role supports local Tradesmen offices by handling certain administrative functions on their behalf. The SCA role is integral to the company's relationships with both clients and craft professionals, as well as internal employees. You will provide solutions to the offices that you support including handling incoming calls, portions of the payroll and invoicing process, client profile management, general customer service, and other initiatives. In addition, you would be part of a team that embraces game-changing challenges, has fun, and is a part of our winning culture.
