Responsibilities:
The Lead Dental Assistant will assist and support the Dentist in the clinical care of our patients.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Digital radiographs knowledge and experience
- Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment
- Assisting the Dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Preparing patients for procedures or exams
- Sterilization of instruments and lab procedures
- Working efficiently to maintain doctor's schedule
- Complying with all safety policies
- Providing patients and the practice support services; including, but not limited to, personal assistance and medical attention
- Maintaining dental supplies inventory and ordering
- Helping to train other dental assistants as needed
- Overseeing that all weekly, monthly, and yearly dental assistant tasks are completed on time
- Helping to maintain production, and reporting statistics weekly
Requirements:
- Previous dental assistant experience, 3year minimum
- Xray Certification required
- Great communication skills & organizational skills
- Knowledge of dental practice management software a plus
Education:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. Certificate

$ $25.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
Dental Assisting: 3 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- X-Ray Certification (preferred)
