Job Summary and Qualifications
The Labor and Delivery unit delivers approximately 350 babies per month and care for outpatients per month.
Their focus is on high risk labor for women age 14-55.They have the highest employee engagement scores in the hospital, with very active committees which contribute to the shared governance on the unit.
Over 70% of LDR nurses have received their National Nursing Certifications. Additionally this unit is currently being remodeled and it will be completed in Spring 2023.What you will do in this role:
