    Description
    Susan Crandall is searching for a dynamic leader to join our team with a strong drive and clear goals. With over a century of experience in the industry, we are paving the way for others. In this role, you will handle the needs of our 2,000 business clients, nurture existing relationships, generate leads, and lead a small team to do the same tasks. As you become proficient in our processes, you will also step into the role of Agency Director. This position offers a competitive weekly salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year on average.
    • Service existing client base
    • Explore new business opportunities, mainly B2B
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on established systems
    • Report field activities daily using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development
    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:
    • Outstanding organizational and detail-oriented skills
    • Proven time management abilities with a track record of meeting deadlines
    • Strong supervisory and leadership qualities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate appropriately
    • Effective performance in high-paced and sometimes stressful environments
    • Passionate about assisting others and building connections
    • Experience in sales or customer service
    • Self-driven with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement interest
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce knowledge preferred)
    Licensing Requirements:
    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Clean background check and personal transportation are necessary
