You are the direct contact person for our guests at the Inner City Casino
You are responsible for defining the menu and managing inventory at our casino
You support the team as needed in creating offers and preparing invoices
You are in charge of handling complaints
You conduct trainings and instructions to ensure compliance with legal regulations
You assist in creating risk assessments, as well as operational and procedural instructions
Your responsibilities include managing and developing employees
