Hiring full-time experienced maintenance technician for properties located in San Diego. Must have a minimum of five years experience performing work in tenant apartments.

All general maintenance experience requested including small amounts of plumbing.

Must have clean background check, operating vehicle, and driving insurance with a clean record.
