At Apache Creek, you can expect a diverse and exciting range of tasks on the construction site. As a heavy equipment operator, you are responsible for keeping everything moving. You will operate our large, technically advanced construction machinery.

Maintenance and care of these high-quality construction equipment are also part of your responsibilities, which is why the first part of your training will focus on providing you with the necessary knowledge in our workshop.

Our experienced workshop manager and supervisors will be your constant companions throughout your training, ensuring that you receive the necessary on-site knowledge and in-depth training.

Our goal is to offer you a permanent position upon completion of your training, and we regularly hold discussions to keep this goal in sight.

In 2023, we have successfully hired all of our apprentices and look forward to the years ahead with them.
