Description

The Baden State Association for Inner Mission is one of the oldest and largest complex institutions for children and youth, integration, disability, and elderly care with approximately 700 employees and 100 trainees in Baden.

At our facility, Martinshaus Berghausen, we provide care for adults with intellectual and physical disabilities. Martinshaus offers residential options, supported living, and living with families. The services are complemented by a senior group and a day care center.

We are currently seeking a

Employee (m/f/d) as a supportive aid
for group service
part-time

Your responsibilities:
Accompanying people with complex disabilities
Nursing and educational tasks
Developing opportunities for participation
Planning, supporting, and conducting group and individual activities
Implementing and further developing the concept
Promoting and supporting everyday situations and leisure activities
Ensuring individual basic care
Documentation through electronic documentation system

Your qualifications:
Completed training as a special education assistant, nursing assistant, or first professional experience or motivation to familiarize yourself with the work area
Professional experience is desired but not required. Career changers are welcome.
A responsible, dedicated personality
Ability to work responsibly in a team
Enjoyment of working with people
