Moana Hair has an immediate opening for a Part-Time Inside Sales & Administrative Assistant who will be actively engaged in providing support to various departments including sales, marketing, operations and customer service. The perfect candidate for this position will have a professional background and understanding of e-commerce business practices.
This is an in-office full time position with weekend hours required.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Inside Sales & Administrative Assistant will act as an integral and supportive role to Moana Hair's Sales, Customer Service, and marketing departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of duties including but not limited to, managing customer relationships, following up with sales leads, assisting customers with their orders, scheduling meetings and client visits, and other administrative tasks as needed and assigned by the team.
Successful applicants will have proven past experience with working in a supportive/ administrative assistant-type role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work
- Associates Degree or in pursuit of a higher degree in business admin or related fields a plus
- 1-3 years experience working in an administrative assistant role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Solid understanding of MS Office / Google Drive
- Experience using Shopify & ERP systems a huge plus
- Experience using Quickbooks a plus
- Interest in hair/beauty industry
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Assist Moana Hair Wholesale clients in store, over the phone and online with their orders
- Help the Sales team by managing current and potential clients by: using CRM software to organize and input client information and making sales inquiry calls/emails on behalf of Moana Hair
- Provide our clients top tier customer service by promptly replying to emails and missed calls, providing advice and recommendations, being courteous and accommodating to our in-store clients and guests
- Monitor & man the store's front desk
- Assist the Marketing Department with content creating, client/ influencer communications, and events
- Performs clerical duties including but not limited to filing, scanning, faxing, and mailing as required
- Main point of contact for client inquiries

$ $25.00 per hour DOE
SCHEDULE
11 am- 4:00pm M-F
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
HS Diploma (Required)
Associate's Degree Preferred
Pay: $ $25.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Experience:
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
