Starting from Bearden, this position is available full-time or part-time with an indefinite contract.

Creating, managing, and coordinating procurement processes in the healthcare sector, including processing applications, reviewing submitted procurement documents, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
Communicating with internal stakeholders such as medical professionals, administrative staff, and other relevant departments to ensure all necessary information is gathered.
Assisting in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to resource allocation in the healthcare sector.
Maintaining databases and records related to procurement processes and decisions.
Creating reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with the following strengths:

Completed education in healthcare management, administration, or a related field.
Experience in managing procurement processes in the healthcare or public sector is advantageous.
Ideally, a strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the healthcare sector.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to efficiently manage complex processes.
Effective and goaloriented communication with various internal and external stakeholders.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
