**Non CDL Driver - Driver Assistant**

In this role, you will work closely with our Drivers and be responsible for assisting with the delivery and merchandising of Swire Coca-Cola products, helping to ensure excellent service to our customers.

**Responsibilities include:**

Provide support to Drivers on assigned route

Unload merchandise

Display and rotate products according to company standards

Maintain back rooms by organizing and consolidating back stock in a safely accessible way within the assigned loading dock area.

Provide excellent customer service & maintain customer relationships

Retrieve company property & assets as needed

**Requirements:**

Must be at least 18 years of age

0-1 year of general work experience

Valid drivers license required, and MVR must meet Swires vehicle policy requirements

Prior grocery store or consumer product retail experience preferred

Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Ability to operate manual/ powered pallet jack or hand truck

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

**Position Details:**

Base pay range $19.00 to $21.00. Pay offered will depend on candidates geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
