We are looking for an outstanding Medical Office Specialist to join our esteemed team. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, detail-oriented professional. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience.
Appointment Management:
Efficiently handle scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations to optimize patient flow.
Communication:
Address patient inquiries and provide comprehensive information about our services.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Coordination:
Work closely with medical staff to ensure seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
Translation Services:
Provide clear and accurate translation and interpretation for Spanish-speaking patients and medical staff.
Administrative Duties:
Perform general office tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, and handling mail.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional medical office training or certification is highly desirable.
Experience:
Previous experience in a medical office or healthcare setting is preferred.
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach.
Confidentiality:
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
