As an Office Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the expansion of our business.

This franchise is locally owned and operated by Mike, and he is seeking an exceptional individual to serve as the primary point of contact for his valued customers.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Office Management
  • Strong customer service orientation
- committed to delivering 5-star experience

  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone
  • Strong organizational acumen, detailoriented, and adept at multitasking
  • Selfmotivated with the ability to work autonomously
  • Proficient in managing crews, calendars, and salespeople
  • Problem solver with a "Can Do" attitude to tackle challenges headon

Key Responsibilities:


  • Maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Oversee daily office operations
  • Meet with crews in the morning on installation day
  • Respond quickly to new customer leads and schedule leads for appointments for the sales team
  • Be a champion for the brand with customers
- sell the story and generate excitement

  • Support local marketing efforts as required
  • Keep the office and warehouse organized and presentable
  • Assist in the development, management, and delivery of local marketing tactics
  • Assist with ordering and receiving products and materials
  • Keep customers informed of installation progress regularly
  • Bookkeeping skills, a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM software (E.g. Salesforce, a plus)
  • Experience in home service industry, a plus Strive for 5/5 star rating

Compensation:

$22-$28/hr plus bonus opportunities
