Job Details:

As part of a direct placement, we are looking for a personnel officer (m/f/d) for our client based in Neukirch/Lausitz.


You will be responsible for recruiting, personnel matters of employees, managers and the works council, as well as contract management.

You should have previous experience in the HR field and a solid understanding of labor and social law.

Your Tasks:


  • Managing the recruiting process
  • Point of contact for personnel matters for employees, management and the works council
  • Data entry in the time tracking system
  • Contract management (preparation of employment and training contracts)
  • Organizing further education measures
  • Planning occupational medical examinations
  • Participation in the development and implementation of personnel projects
  • Preparatory tasks for payroll accounting
  • Support in processing funding projects

Required Skills:


  • Previous work experience in the HR field
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
  • Experience with time tracking
