Tax Manager
leadership position which will support the
Individual Tax and Estate Planning Services
Service Line.
Responsibilities:
Lead and assist in the planning and management of estate & trust tax compliance and advisory services for PYA's high-net-worth clients
Become a trusted advisor to clients needs for estate & trust planning, reporting, and compliance in regards to taxation.
Engage in business development activities to continue to meet the needs of high net-worth individuals in the marketplace, and grow this service offering within strategic areas
Develop a team of tax consultants and other service line subject matter experts to deliver exceptional client service to high-net-worth clients and all PYA clients
Qualifications:
5 + years of tax and accounting experience with a national public accounting and/or consulting firm
CPA or EA license is preferred
Previous experience with individual, estate, gift, trust, foundation, and partnership taxation preferred
Client-oriented work ethic, committed to high-quality results
Creative problem solver with a high level of strategic, analytical, and conceptual skills and a passion for helping clients
