Are you a reliable and professional individual seeking an opportunity in the heart of the city? Safety Facility Services is searching for a Security/Concierge for a boutique residential property conveniently located just a short walk from Union Square.

As a Security/Concierge, you will play a vital role in maintaining day-to-day lobby front desk duties, including access control, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere and site coordination in the building.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist tenants and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Monitor and control access to the property
  • Maintain accurate delivery coordination and tenant communication
  • Facilitate building communications with the site team
  • Work effectively in a teambased environment

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in security, concierge, or customer service roles essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Professional appearance and demeanor are essential
  • Strong computer skills
  • Preferred active NYS security guard license

Saturday - Sunday, 7:00am - 3:00pm

Saturday - Sunday 3:00pm - 11:00pm

  • OVN: Saturday
  • Sunday, 11:00pm 7:00am

Pay Rate:
- $23.00/hr (Weekly pay, overtime pay rate when applicable)
