Description

Are you a reliable and professional individual seeking an opportunity in the heart of the city? Safety Facility Services is searching for a Security/Concierge for a boutique residential property conveniently located just a short walk from Union Square.

As a Security/Concierge, you will play a vital role in maintaining day-to-day lobby front desk duties, including access control, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall positive atmosphere and site coordination in the building.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist tenants and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Monitor and control access to the property
Maintain accurate delivery coordination and tenant communication
Facilitate building communications with the site team
Work effectively in a teambased environment

Qualifications:

Previous experience in security, concierge, or customer service roles essential
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
Professional appearance and demeanor are essential
Strong computer skills
Preferred active NYS security guard license

Pay Rate:
- $23.00/hr (Weekly pay, overtime pay rate when applicable)
