YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting site inspections during the construction phase and reporting on completed construction activities in terms of coatings in corrosion protection
Quality assurance of services provided by external service providers or subcontractors
Coordination and reporting of changes according to change management processes
Support in reviewing technical documentation
Acting as a central point of contact for the contractor on coatingrelated issues on site and with internal departments
Assisting in identifying relevant technical information (e.g. installation information, manufacturer manuals, construction and commissioning procedures)
Ensuring implementation of systems according to internal standards, applicable norms and planning documents

WHAT WE EXPECT:

Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in material selection and verification in a maritime environment
Willingness to travel extensively or be seconded (
