Site Planning & Development Manager
The
Site Planning & Development Manager is responsible for facilitating and collaborating with various functional managers and teams to identify new territories for market expansion.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate & Collaborate with other functional managers & teams
- Establish baseline workflow with crossfunctional teams to receive updates on a set cadence
- Develop project plans for all Site Development Projects
- Develop a blueprint for existing & future DM Sites
- Maintain active communication & participation with followup from key stakeholders during project update calls
- Create and maintain standard departmental processes
- Execute budgetary & inventory controls for all types of supplies, including but not limited to Office, Medical, Fixtures, Laboratory, and Pharmacy
- Conduct property inspections and audits
- Oversee onsite facilities services and contractors
- Lead procurement for new site supplies, furniture, and equipment
- Develop a labor/contractor pool for site startup and ongoing activities
- Ensure compliance with facilityrelated regulations
- Collaborate on budget development and management. Identify and implement savings initiatives
- Generate reports for effective decisionmaking
- Analyze data and trends to ensure project timelines, scope & resources are per budget
- Any other matters as assigned by management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a relevant field, required
Experience:
- 1+ year of management experience, required
- 3+ years of professional experience in an office setting or similar, required
- Healthcare experience, preferred

Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Technology and/or project management skills are strongly preferred
- Time management and organizational skills
- Problemsolving skills
- Knowledge of business requirements documentation
