Site Planning & Development Manager


The
Site Planning & Development Manager is responsible for facilitating and collaborating with various functional managers and teams to identify new territories for market expansion.

They will establish and manage workflows, develop project plans, and oversee the execution of site development projects. This role requires strong communication, project management, and budgetary skills to ensure successful site planning and development.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Facilitate & Collaborate with other functional managers & teams
  • Establish baseline workflow with crossfunctional teams to receive updates on a set cadence
  • Develop project plans for all Site Development Projects
  • Develop a blueprint for existing & future DM Sites
  • Maintain active communication & participation with followup from key stakeholders during project update calls
  • Create and maintain standard departmental processes
  • Execute budgetary & inventory controls for all types of supplies, including but not limited to Office, Medical, Fixtures, Laboratory, and Pharmacy
  • Conduct property inspections and audits
  • Oversee onsite facilities services and contractors
  • Lead procurement for new site supplies, furniture, and equipment
  • Develop a labor/contractor pool for site startup and ongoing activities
  • Ensure compliance with facilityrelated regulations
  • Collaborate on budget development and management. Identify and implement savings initiatives
  • Generate reports for effective decisionmaking
  • Analyze data and trends to ensure project timelines, scope & resources are per budget
  • Any other matters as assigned by management

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or a relevant field, required

Experience:


  • 1+ year of management experience, required
  • 3+ years of professional experience in an office setting or similar, required
  • Healthcare experience, preferred
