Job summary
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization's Human Resources Information Systems with a focus on ADP.This role ensures data integrity supports system updates improves HR processes through technology and serves as a technical resource for HR and business stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary administrator for ADP HRIS modules including system configuration workflow setup security roles reporting
- Manage HRIS data integrity through routine audits corrections validation
- Develop maintain custom standard reports using ADP reporting tools dashboards
