• Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the school's curriculum program
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
• Use a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a supportive educational community
• Write progress reports and communicate with parents/guardians about their child's academic and social development

• Familiarity with theories and practices of students and their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to manage behavior in the classroom and implement effective behavior management strategies.

• MA State Certificate

• Practicing Catholic who has knowledge and understanding of the Catholic faith.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for content.
• At least two years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Master's degree preferred
