Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and lives of young children.

You will create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop essential skills for their future.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement ageappropriate curriculum to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of children
Plan and conduct engaging lessons that incorporate various learning styles
Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters positive relationships among children
Provide individualized attention and support to meet the unique needs of each child
Assess and monitor the progress of each child, documenting observations and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with parents/guardians to ensure open communication and involvement in their child's education
Implement effective classroom management strategies to promote positive behavior and discipline
Utilize technology and other educational resources to enhance learning experiences

Experience:

Previous experience working with preschoolaged children is preferred
Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to create an engaging and interactive learning environment
Proficiency in curriculum development and lesson planning
Familiarity with physical education, math concepts, and childhood development theories

Pay:
$45, $65,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
