SHIFTS

  • Day Shift, Evening Shift, or Night Shift
  • Flexi, Part Time or Full Time
  • You will choose at least two (2) specialties to work and will be assigned based on the needs of the department: MedSurg, IMCU (Intermediate Care Unit / PCU / Stepdown), ICU (Intensive Care Unit), Family Maternity Center, Behavioral Health Unit, Emergency Room
  • Flexi Status: The team member must enter at least 24 hours prescheduled time per calendar month in API. Of these prescheduled hours, 8 hours scheduled on a weekend shift and 8 hours on an off shift per month.
  • Holiday requirement: required to work (1) one premium pay summer or winter day and (2) two special event days.

Minimum Requirements

Experience
-
18 months of recent bedside RN experience

License and Certification

  • Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

Education

  • RN-Associate's Degree
  • RN-Bachelor's Degree
  • RN-Diploma
  • RN-Master's Degree
