"We are the Theater Konstanz. In the small, idyllic town of Konstanz by the lake, we combine our long theater history with new impulses - making us one of the largest cultural providers in the Lake Constance region. At our theater, young talents come together with experienced professionals. Responsibilities:


As the head of the Marketing and Communication department, you, together with your team and in close coordination with other departments, are responsible for the external image of Theater Konstanz.

This includes strategic and editorial planning of all advertising materials, as well as managing and monitoring the marketing budget. You will find a diverse and responsible role in an artistically relevant field of work.


Qualifications:

What you bring:

  • A university degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Cultural Management, Communication Management, or a similar field
  • Relevant practical experience in a cultural institution and/or in marketing
  • Ability to lead and motivate employees
  • Excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications, as well as experience with social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), Adobe Creative Cloud, and online editing systems (pirobase CMS).
