Your responsibilities:

Member of the management team
Coordination of strategic goals
Coordination and implementation of operational goals in sales
Market observation and market research
Definition and evaluation of sales key figures
Management and further development of the international dealer network
Proactive market and customer base expansion
Processing of inquiries, preparation of offers, negotiation until contract conclusion
Planning and implementation of sales events
Management of sales staff
Continuous development of the sales organization

Your qualifications:

Experience in international sales of technical investment goods
Entrepreneurial and solutionoriented thinking, visionary
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ideally relevant degree (engineering / business)
Willingness to travel internationally
Fluent in English, additional foreign languages advantageous
