Now hiring engaging, organized, and patient Event Support Staff to represent Meta at a concert event at 99 Scott Avenue in Brooklyn, NY.

As a Ray-Ban Meta Support Staff, you will help to create a memorable experience for event attendees where Meta is showcasing their Ray-Ban Smart Glasses.

You must have full availability to work June 28th, 1 pm-8:30 pm.

Overview

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Provide a best-in-class experience for event attendees navigating throughout our client's immersive footprint by greeting and directing attendees, line management, handing out promotional items, answering questions, and scanning attendee badges.
Assist in light set-up, staging, and maintaining the cleanliness of the event space.
Other duties as assigned by management & client

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience and Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in customer service and/or event work
Familiarity with technology is highly preferred

Skills and Attributes:

Strong interpersonal communication - written & verbal
Engaging personality; comfortable consistently initiating and maintaining conversations with a diverse audience
Results- and detail-oriented
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Able to show patience when communicating with team members, the client, and event attendees
Able to work well in a team environment
Able to exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to:

Regularly talk, sit, stand, walk and bend over, repetitive use of hands/arms, repetitive use of legs and grasp
Frequently lift and carry up to 25 lbs
Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
