In our
GA Staff - Disaster Control - we have two positions available as
Operations Officer (m/f/d) in the
GA 2 Department - Central Control Center / Tunnel Control Center in
Eschwege,
Madera Acres, CA to be filled as soon as possible.

Responsibilities include:

Receiving emergency calls and other requests for assistance, coordinating operations of the ambulance service, fire department, and disaster control, as well as monitoring tunnels.

Requirements:

Completed training as an emergency medical technician (m/f/d) or paramedic (m/f/d) or proof of qualification as an emergency medical technician (m/f/d) with one year of professional experience in emergency care or in an organizational unit.

Ability to lead a group in the volunteer fire department (F III course) or qualification for the middle fire service technical service and additional training comparable to the F III course.

Alternatively, proof of qualification as an emergency medical technician (m/f/d) with one year of professional experience in emergency care or in an organizational unit, as well as completion of the basic firefighter training course (Truppmannlehrgang Teil 1).

Desired qualifications:

Authorization to use radio equipment for authorities and organizations with security responsibilities, introductory course in disaster control operations, knowledge of the organizational structure of disaster control in Madera Acres, CA.
