YOUR TASKS

Disposition of shipping orders is within your responsibility
You are also responsible for the notification and monitoring of orders
You will create shipping documents and handle customs formalities
You will also handle air freight shipments
Incoming transport invoices will be processed by you
You will be responsible for the handling of special trips and timely escalation management

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

You have completed a vocational training, e.g. in freight forwarding or industrial management
You have good SAP and MS Office skills (especially Excel)
Good German and English skills are required
A goaloriented and structured way of working is one of your strengths
You are characterized by your organizational talent and flexibility
You have good communication skills, are sociable, and a team player
You show commitment
