    Your Role as a Dental Hygienist:

    We're excited to welcome a passionate and skilled Dental Hygienists to our team in Brattleboro, VT on a part-time and full-time basis. This role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to grow and make a significant impact in our community. You'll be responsible for:

    • Providing top-notch dental hygiene treatment
    • Educating and motivating our patients towards better oral health
    • Assisting with diagnostic and preventive care
    • Collaborating with a team of dedicated dental professionals

    We Offer:

    • Payrate $47-53/hour + monthly incentive bonuses
    • Sign-on bonus: $6,000
    • Relocation bonus: up to $15,000
    • Health benefits package: medical + vision + dental + 401K + life ins. + disability
      • Offered after 30 days
      • Offered to full-time employees 30+ hours
    • Paid time off for full-time employees: 3 weeks + holidays
    • Paid sick time for part-time employees
    • Continuing Education (CE) credits

    Requirements:

    • Associate degree or higher from an ADA-accredited dental hygiene program
    • VT state license
    • CPR certification
    • 1-year dental experience, preferred - New graduates are welcomed
    • Certification in anesthesia, preferred if applicable

    Location:

    Dental Health Western Ave, Suite 1, Brattleboro, VT 05301

    • Family dental practice
      • Consistent flow of patients
      • Accepting new patients
    • Newly renovated office with 8 operatories
    • 5.0 Google rating
    • On-site parking

    Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:45AM-5:15PM

    Interview Process: 1 virtual + 1 in-person interview (working interview, if desired)
